Thank you for choosing PEACHYFUN! We hope you love the product you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return?
You need to contact us within 7 days from the date you received the item to request a refund on your return. Requests made after 7 days from the date of receipt of the item will not be accepted.
If there are special circumstances please contact us by email to explain the situation.
Do I need to pay shipping costs when I return an item?
- We will pay for the shipping cost if there is a quality problem with the product.
- In case of other reasons the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
Can I still return an item if it is worn, damaged or if the tags are torn off?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and sanitary stickers (if applicable).
Important Notes
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should send it to the return address we provide.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, they will assume full responsibility for all return shipping, customs charges and handling fees.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your purchase date.
