When can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order, as we are committed to sending your order to you in a timely manner and we are unable to cancel orders outside of this time frame as it may already be on its way to you. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations after an order has been shipped.

  • Orders processing: Monday — Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday would be processed following Monday.
  • After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-5 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
