When can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order, as we are committed to sending your order to you in a timely manner and we are unable to cancel orders outside of this time frame as it may already be on its way to you. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations after an order has been shipped.

• Orders processing: Monday — Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday would be processed following Monday.
• After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-5 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 How long do I have to make a return?
 You need to contact us within 7 days from the date you received the item to request a refund on your return. Requests made after 7 days from the date of receipt of the item will not be accepted.

 Do I need to pay shipping costs when I return an item?

1. We will pay for the shipping cost if there is a quality problem with the product.
2. In case of other reasons the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

 Can I still return an item if it is worn, damaged or if the tags are torn off?
 You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and sanitary stickers (if applicable).

• Please do not send your return to the sender's address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should send it to the return address we provide.
• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, they will assume full responsibility for all return shipping, customs charges and handling fees.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
